I am managing a company that is committed to its people and wants to make a difference every day. My role is to bring new opportunities, which enable our team to develop, to grow themselves and our company.
As with many businesses today, information systems underpin almost every aspect of our work. So being responsible to maintain the running of those systems is very important to me. Fortunately, I have a brilliant and hugely dedicated team that works hard every day to make that a reality for the business.
My team includes sales, customer support and CRM. We aim at being the best at every single interaction with our partners to help them grow. As when they grow, we grow as well.
I manage a group of people responsible for delivering diversified value propositions for our customers. That includes product, communication, pricing and sales tools.
Beside fulfilling Altaterra’s payment obligations, our team is happy to provide both colleagues and – on a limited way - external partners with the most up-to-date financial information from our systems. We’re also responsible for giving clarity on the company overall financial performance to the management team, authorities and the owners.
My team is set to ensure the fast, efficient and safe path of all our products from manufacturer, through our warehouses and distribution network, to the customers’door.
